English package descriptions containing translations

Hi, a few English package descriptions such as doc-linux-hr (http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=1870) do not only contain English text but also translations. This made sense without support for translated package descriptions. Since we have now support for it we should file a bug for all thes

[D-I] False notifications for l10n "level 5" (apt)
