Why not a maintainer upload?
If you have a ready to use diff.gz file for a maintainer upload, I can
build the package, review the changes and upload it.

Helge Kreutzmann kindly offered some review of my template and also
created a German translation. It would be nice if this could be included
in Etch. Usually finding a sponsor takes quite some time unless you have
an RC bug fixed or something that attracts attention.
