Not only. The udebs leave some keymaps which are either considered
obsolete or not used at all, but are kept in console-data most often
for backward

I miss mappings for the Dutch keymaps for AT and USB keymaps in this file.
I also miss a mapping for the us_intl keymap.

I have constructed a pretty thorough map these past hours, but i'm
still missing a few configurations for these languages
Kostas omitted to mention this is aimed at further developments in the
localization-config package. This package is essentially (but not
only) used by the Debian installer for preseeding, among other things,
correct X keymaps to the XFree packages.
The current version sets the keymap from the conf
