Hi, My "Debian Reference" translator to Italian has been using EMACS and experience some encoding problem. SGML should be in ISO-8859-1 to be properly formatted with TeX tool chain into PDF and PS. Everytime he commit a file, there are few accented Italian characters in UTF-8 these days. Is the
