Debian Edu 11 Bullseye will be released at the same date as Debian 11.
As things have settled down during the freeze, the release announcement
draft is now available on salsa, see:

As of now, the planned date is 2019-07-06.

It would be nice to have the announcement show up on

get the announcement into shape / consider to translate
into some more languages.
