Since we were discussing whether to use Rosetta or not, I guess these
comments from Matthew East come in handy.
Matthew pinpoints some of the main concerns.. lack of administrative
routines, preceeding, quality assurance etc.

Some of the files (such as pileup, atftp etc..) include my name
but the name doesn't show up in the list.
