The same thing happend to me around the same time yesterday. I didn't
report it because it was working again in very few minutes. It is also
working now.

the DDTSS stopped working for me circa 20 mins ago (8.15 CEST).
I can reach ddtp2.debian.net for the package description pages (e.g.
http://ddtp2.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=245197&getuntrans=it) , but not the
DDTSS not for Italian or the other languages I tried.
