Bug#653125: Farsi characters problem

Package: debian-i18n Severity: grave Tags: l10n Justification: renders package unusable Dear Maintainer, Farsi layout is working system wide without any problem, but using terminal or vim or gvim, farsi characters are just bunch of question marks. I tried to change terminal profile's font but no
