x-ttcidfont-conf: don't work on debconf translations

The upload upload for this package completely screwed up debian/po and dropped all PO files there. I wonder who's responsible for this..:-) A new NMU is on its way and should restore things properly, including the Danish and Dutch translations that were the original reason for the NMU. -- s
