i18n work sessions

Thanks to the hard work of Mark Hymers, all i18n work sessions are now scheduled. Most of them are scheduled at 20:00 local time in the basement talk room (except for Monday 18th where it is scheduled at the upper BOF room). Both of these conflict with other events (keysigning and ceilidh). We'll
