Thanks to the hard work of Mark Hymers, all i18n work sessions are now
scheduled.
Most of them are scheduled at 20:00 local time in the basement talk
room (except for Monday 18th where it is scheduled at the upper BOF
room).
Both of these conflict with other events (keysigning and

Hmm, I don't see how. Changing the po4a encoding option is as easy as a
script converting all manpages.
