[D-I] Suggested update of D-I level 1 master file

The new debconf templates introduced in s390-netdevice are now stabilised. Translators who really want to be 100% can update the D-I master file now. This is not vital as this part is currently not translated for s390 installs but most of you people are just like me and cannot suffer being below 1
