(forw) gluck upgrade time - l10n-script temporarily stopped

The gluck.debian.org machine is about to be upgraded to sarge. This machine actually runs the l10n-sync script automatically under my account. Given that gettext tools have been updated and some of their behaviour changed between woody and sarge, I prefer stopping the automated l10n-sync script r
