Please drom isc-dhcp_4.4.2-P1-1+b1 from hurd-i386's sid

Hello, iscp-dhcp-client currently doesn't build in sid so we have a patched 4.4.3-P1-1.1+hurd.1 version in unreleased. But debootstrap has troubles installing that version instead of the old 4.4.2-P1-1+b1 version that is still present in sid, it picks whatever comes first, which is the sid version
