Perhaps release shouldn't be named as debian-hurd-2017 but as
debian-hurd-9.0.0
Then next fixing builds could be 9.0.1, 9.0.2, etc. And next release
upgrades 9.1.0, 9.2.0, etc.

It's not a question of sense, but a question of having something which
just _works_. Taking a sid snapshot at $random time will most probably
lead to many broke
