Are you still having trouble with this? It works fine for me.
I get complaints that MD_INIT_CONTEXT isn't defined, along with
MD_SETJMP and MD_LONGJMP. But, you didn't define them,
so that's to be expected.

I started working on st which doesn't recognize GNU OS.
