A quick update:
If you had noticed that non-us status reports were going to
buildd.debian.org, but they weren't getting uploaded (You *are* all
reading all the logs, aren't you?? *g*) I have fixed this. It seems
the default setting in dupload.conf for "anonymous-non-us" isn't
right.
