I wanted to take a look at the hurd, so today i downloaded that hurd
tar.gz, and after a little fiddling, I sucessfully installed it on a
vmware "partition", booting from the grub boot floppy.
Now i'd like to have access to the hurd kernel source, a recent snapshot
or - better - read-only cvs
