Dear Go team,
According to the announce at [1], etcd started to provide a go vanity
import path 'go.etc.io'. Consequently, some packages started using it.
I pushed a minor change to the packaging files of coreos-bbolt to add
this import path [2]. This is required to build docker 18.09.1.

hashicorp/go-version is a very little library. While debian still ships
a commit from Nov. 2017, upstream released two version, the latest being
v1.1.0, in Jan. 2019 [1].
I could run ratt on the 9 reverse build deps, and ensure that updating
to v1.1.0 doesn't break anything.
