Dear Maintainer,
the problem with updating tzdata is related to the absolute dependency of
tzdata-java to the 2014j release of tzdata (Depends: tzdata (= 2014j-
0wheezy1)). So the problem isn't tzdata, it's the fix dependency of tzdata-
java!

Upgrade of tzdata-java breaks due to dependency on tzdata (= 2014j-0wheezy1).
Due to this, updates of JRE are stopped, and depending services do not start up
again...
