Package: libc6
Version: 2.11.1-1
Severity: important
On amd64, one specific program behaves differently when run with libc6
2.10.2-9 (or earlier) than when run with libc6 2.11.1-1 (or later). So
this smells like it could be either a libc6 backwards binary
compatibility bug to me, or plainly a bug

Hello,
The state of Bahia, Brazil, went back to adopt the Brazilian DST in
2011. The DST started yesterday, but at the time of the release of
tzdata 2011l there was no official decree by the president so the change
was not released.

Hi,
Since this issue affect all users in the state, I did an NMU after a
brief discussion with Clint on IRC. Please find attached a patch against
the svn repository with the exact changes I did.
It would be nice to provide a stable update with this fix as well.
What do you guys think about that?

Due to change in one of the Brazilian timezone last week-end, I have

Technically only a patch was needed, but I preferred to upload a new
