My .bashrc was committed from a machine I was working on which has :
export LANG=en_GB
export LC_ALL=en_GB
But bilbo did not have that locale.
Anyway the error message could be at least be improved.

It was working earlier today.
I tried to fix it with by :
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
No such luck. I even tried a different locale setting.
This bug is blocking my us
