Bug#561073: gcc-4.4: gcc -V4.3 -dumpversion doesn't dump version information

Package: gcc-4.4 Version: 4.4.2-4 Severity: important "gcc -V4.3 -dumpversion" doesn't print anything. In previous versions of gcc, gcc -V4.3 -dumpversion would print the version information: # gcc -V4.3 -dumpversion 4.3.2 It also appears that other options are affected and don't print anything
