Seems fixed in either newer gcj or Eclipse, so this bug is no more.

The issue seems to rely in the gcj/gij packages. Since I updated to
version 4.0.2-7 (and -7j1) of the gcj packages, Eclipse crashes every once
in a while, usualy after about an hour of usage. I don't use Eclipse for
