Followup-For: Bug #980609

Is this fix going to be backported to bullseye/sid? I'm too facing this issue
with gcc-10 10.2.1-6.
I experience the same on i386.
Running under valgrind I get an "Invalid read of size 4". I have
installed libgccjit-10-dev/testing,now 10-20200324-1 i386
Compiling from the vanilla repositiory is working fine for me.

I even tried debian kernel 2.6.24-6~etchnhalf but without success with both
version of above mentioned gcc version

Hi,
as in subject, building the linux kernel version 2.6.25-7~snapshot.11717 from
trunk, under the same condition (-march=pentium-m), results in a good kernel.

compiler to gcc 4.0.
Why not upgrade the gcc also in debian testing?
