Hello, I am running Debian Unstable on a Sun Ultra10 with IPv6 connectivity only, and I'm using iceape and a web proxy to access legacy internet sites and I can confirm that the java-gcj-compat-plugin behaves exactly the same way as Anders described on my machine too. This will surely be fixed so
