Kerberos failed to start and LDAP refused the kdcs tries to log in.
No idea why. perhaps bind_ssf overrides localssf? Perhaps some
combination work, but
ae sure most users can't use LDAP bind to
authenticate, and enforce Kerberos authentication instead.
Putting the list back on the recipient list, to let them know about
this.
This should solve at least some of the detected errors in the current
installation. :)

This email mean that gnash was just removed testing because of release
critical bugs, which causes Debian Edu to loose our Flash plugin.
Without anyone fixing Gnash to get back into testing/squeeze, we will
probably end up without having flash implementation implemented in the
squeeze release. :(

certificate checking problem with LDAP.
The fix is in squeeze-test, and all self tests seem to be still
working.

We no longer set up usplash with Debian Edu in squeeze, so I believe
the correct approach is to simply drop the -usplash package.
It would be nice to get a replacement up and running, but at the
moment it is more important to get rid of the usplash dependencies.

norwegian language and keyboard, and the main-server profile.
Installation went flawless and running debian-edu-test-install after
the installation exposed no errors.
Did not look into the services, only ran the test script.

far uses regular exports from LDAP to files bind understands, causing
a delay until changes show up in DNS. Because of this, I believe we
are better off by keeping PowerDNS. And thus I believe a third option
- change GOsa to wor

for it to take effect), and then update the automount rules in LDAP to
list this mount point.
This will make sure all hosts have the files on that disk available
using the same path.
