Cant use cups web admin. Proxie denies connection

Hi, I tried to set up some printers using cups, but when going to www:631 and then clicking admin I get an error page saying (translated from swedish) "Proxieserver denies connection" I guess that refers to squid? since I have not done any proxiesettings myself. Its ok to view www:631, but when
