I just uploaded etcinsvk version 1.3 to unstable which should fix this issue
by getting the cron job to use etcinsvk info to figure out of etcinsvk is
enabled or not, and changing
etcinsvk_1.3_i386.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:
etcinsvk_1.3.dsc
etcinsvk_1.3.tar.gz
etcinsvk_1.3_all.deb

I suspect my merged file list earlier gave wrong results.
