Hi!
In our library they want (k)Ubuntu workstations for the students.
How can I enable the students user accounts (DebianEdu Etch) on
these?
I have seen some documentation on this, but it seems to be outdated.

I notice two obvious slowdowns. One is that update-hostname-from-ip is doing
dpkg -S and spend >10 seconds on it. The other is that resolvconf spend a few
seconds wasting time.

Did a few tests with a LTSP chroot from october, and the latest lenny-test
chroot.
Old:
boot time varied from 01:09 to 01:30
New:
boot time varied from 01:58 to 02:16

how packages are installed to use tasksel the same way d-i is using tasksel.
