Dear All
I have some dell minis that I want to upgrade from ubuntu to lenny. The
skolelinux lenny workstation install seemed OK, but on first boot display
went blank and I couldn't even get into a TTY.
So I installed plain lenny and used a bit of Philipp's howto [1] to
integrate into the skolelinu

just a short remark on our trial upgrading an Debian Edu 2.0 LTSP to
Lenny. Step by step we had been upgrading groups of packages, until at
one point thin clients wouldn't start any more.
We realized that dhcpd.conf had been rewritten to use LDAP (so we

I believe this is the old problem with ltsp-build-client passing garbage
to stdout and thus confusing debconf. I find this in the log:
