Debian autobuilders are currently refusing to build runit on many
architectures (both official and unofficial) with the following
message[1][2]
runit build-depends on missing:
- empty-dependency-after-parsing
The immediate cause seems to be that runit recently removed procps from
it's build-d
I recently discovered some unusual behaviour in a source package I was working
on.
I was using some scripts I put together myself to generate patch series for a
debian package.
dgit claimed I was creating a new symlink and that creation of a new symlink could not be
represented by 3.0 (quilt)
Recently in raspbian bullseye-staging dpkg-source -b started failing. There
were no error messages, it just exited with
status 127. For example
dpkg-source: info: using source format '3.0 (quilt)'
dpkg-source: info: building yubikey-personalization using existing
./yubikey-personalization_1.20.
