Stepping down as Swedish translator

Hi! After fifteen years almost to the day (the first commit lists 1999-12-09 for the initial version), I am stepping down as the Swedish translator of Dpkg. There are several other good Swedish translators involved in the Debian project these days, so I hope it will be picked up again fairly
