Bug#605538: Please swap sections "Minimal system upgrade" and "Upgrading the kernel and udev"

* Jakub Wilk , 2010-12-01, 00:34: Section 4.5.4 recommends doing "apt-get upgrade". However, very likely this will lead to upgrade of udev, and section 4.5.5 says than one needs to upgrade kernel before udev. Ooops. I think I misread apt-get's output. s/very likely/impossible,
