needs, this for me is easy and it was just a question I had to learn
in the beginning many years ago. It is a problem for some and not for
all. There is the unofficial installer that solves this problem by
installing only what the user's machine needs without the user doing
it himself.

and he could opt for Devuan as a distribution that does not have
systemd due to complaints. Or try to use Debian as a custom
installation by removing systemd, putting another one in its place and
that would also be possible.

I think it's good to have more alternatives, despite more work to take
