+1
Not only newcomers, but also the typical sysadmin with no spare time.

Nearly as good? Where can I click 'merge' in a web
natives like https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea -
which is an actually working and maintained fork of gocs. Definitely
more worth a try than gitlab.

diff the build output? Did the packages fail with the
same error running the same command?
Are there other differences in the output?
Cheers,

GPG Fi
wed.
We don't need yet another process, if you want to get rid of a package
you can open an RFA bug or orphan it and/or open an rc bug, so it won't
be part of the next stable release unless somebody takes care of it.
And then ask for removal.

Will there be a proper solution for that soon?

Systemd comes with a steep learning curve, but one you've stated using

h is implemented by a client. Also nobody stops you from changing
the client code to work with a different/similar kind of server you've
implemented.
So it is free software, please move on.

Did you check if they apply to netatalk 3.1.7?
On the first quick look the problem files are gone.

If you are unwilling to maintain the package, please give at least
pointers to the appropriate information. The current state of netatalk
in Debian is not acceptable.

And I'm sure there is a lot of other (embedded) hardware out there
