I have uploaded a package yesterday. That package does not have any dh_auto_test
target in d/rules.
The builds all fail, as described here:

and I do not understand why.

Is Qt6-base not in testing, for bookworm? I've an app (metview) that I
switched over Qt5->Qt6, should I move it back?

I've just filed 21 bugs with subject "Missing build-depends on tzdata"
in bookworm (as tzdata is not build-essential).
This is of course not fun for the maintainers, but it's also not fun
for people doing QA, because those bugs could be caught
