the documentation seems problematic.
The docs are basicallly a wiki based on DocuWiki [2]. As part of the

The GIS team has attempted to package this before, it might be worth
reading the -devel and -mentors list archives about this as well as
looking at the old packaging repository for it.

I have ported debtags.debian.org to Bootstrap 4, it should now be
easier for development, and work better on mobile devices.
Let me know if you like it, or if I broke something.
