Looks like a tcp window scaling problem. It doesn't download here until I use echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling as workaround. See http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/release-notes/ch-information.en.html#s-window-scaling and http://kerneltrap.org/node/6723 for more information
