Hi Holger, hi all,
we need the cleanup on the Debian web pages for several reasons,
esp. if we want to move from old WML generated web pages to a modern
system. We cannot affort the work to migrate all pages we had in the
past. That's why I want to concentrate on more important pages and

how hard would it be to have the Packages pages on the Debian web site show the
packages home URL, i.e. where the author is? A few times I have been hunting
for this because I needed a bsd or Sun version of a program. Downloading the

Hi,
Is there a special reason that http://www.debian.org (and my local mirror
http:/www.nl.debian.org start up on the Developers corner.
This is in lynx and netscape (so not necessairy html 4.0 related).

NB: Lynx says "Bad partial reference! Stripping lead

netsea has been fixed in 2.0.33-7. overdrop only fills up your syslog file
which can be done anyway (say via ICMP redirects).

As many of you know, there have been some problems with http://www.debian.org
Bruce has given permission for www.debian.org to be moved to va.debian.org
and I have already moved the main part of the pages. There are a few minor
corrections to be made and mirroring of the bug lists and list
The website hasn't mirrored the mailing list archive (maybe everything)
since last saturday. I checked cgi.debian.org and the lists were up to
date there.
Oh, just wondering when the search will work.
