Below are two messages I have received after attempts to upload a new refpolicy package. I first tried via FTP but the 3G Internet connection I'm using gives me a 10.0.0.0/24 address with NAT that doesn't support FTP, so I ended up with a zero byte file on anonymous-ftp-master. Then I got scp
