TCC does C scripting, but it's nowhere near as complete as GCC and while
it runs much faster, the resulting code is

I'm planning on uploading binfmtc to Debian.
It is a binfmt_misc hook that allows using
C source as if they were scripts.
It invokes gcc and runs the resulting binary.
