No, the kernel in the floppies has it (the patch). I don't have any CDW to
test this but the patch is there.

I thought debian's 2.0.33 had the FAT32 patch. This is the same as the joilet
stuff AFAIK. Does this mean that you are using a non-standard kernel or am I
just totally wrong here?

I had a look at the license and there are restrictions on the distribution of
modified versions. Seems to me, it'd go into non-free.
