not *self evident* that 'use' constitutes the exercising/enjoyment of the bundle of rights given to the owner of copyrighted works by U.S.C. Title 17 Chapter 1[2]. So, what is the definition of the word 'use'? Does it *only* mean to execute a program? Or to *only* read a book
