1. The Linux keyboard maps, /usr/lib/kbd/keytables/*,
include only one "dvorak" map file.
There are actually 3 dvorak keyboard layouts:
both handed, left handed, right handed.
Please have Linux include map files for all 3 layouts.
2. It would be nice

So, no, it does NOT appear that "that's the problem".
