MGT is much more capable than gnome-terminal, I prefer the power of MGT over gnome-terminal, and if no-one else will step in, I'd be willing to maintain MGT myself. I wouldn't think that any GNOME 1 program is obsolete. In this case MGT provides useful functionality and the fact that it's based on

There was an RFP for pfaedit (99904), which I've changed a few days ago to an ITP and prepared a package already. However I'm going to be without net connection for some (short) time now and the package still needs to be tested. I will upload it in two or three weeks (or sooner). On 3 Sep 2001, P
