installed into any of the debbugs binary packages. This makes the
debbugs-web package unusable.

ebbugs. However, lynx did not get installed during package
installation.
To make this more smooth, lynx should be added to ,,Depends:'' of
bin:package debbugs or to Recommends: plus a check in the service
script that tests if the lynx command is found in $PATH.
