Scheduling CTTE Meetings

Currently, the next CTTE meeting is scheduled for: date -d 'Thu Mar 26 17:00:00 UTC 2015' and in general, meetings are scheduled in that time slot on the last Thursday of the month. Given that we have new members, if anyone has a conflict with that time slot, and would prefer that it was moved,
