I have merged the git repo I had which contained the GR drafts into
the TC git repo, so they're now here:
git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/debian-ctte.git
Given our current workload of other items I think we should put this

1. The Technical Committee agrees with Neil McGovern's analysis of
the situation regarding evince's missing mime type entry.
2. If changes are desirable to our system for dealing with mime
