中文支持还成。

rar文件格式常见的有2和3两代。其格式不一样的。rar 3使用unicode方式保存文
件名，解压程序不懂的话肯定出乱码。不过上述知识没有在linux上测试过。

file-roller是什么啊?我windows上的文件只要有中文都会有一部分的乱码，可是有不是全部都是乱码，这个。。。很郁闷的说

不知道你是不是用file-roller解压的。
我之前同时装了unrar和p7zip-rar，用file-roller解压含中文内容的rar压缩包就会出现乱码。
把unrar移除后就可以正常解压了。
file-roller在使用解压工具上应该有个次序。
