这个链接应该是错误了，英文版的链接，是正确的。 https://www.debian.org/releases/jessie/amd64/release-notes/index.html 不光是 jessie ，中文版 stretch 的链接，也是到了 Debian 10. https://www.debian.org/releases/stretch/amd64/release-notes/ 建议向 Debian 报告 bug
